Biographical Statement 
 

Phil Landesberg, Founder and President of Miles2Go Seminars and Consulting, is an educator, writer, trainer and consultant who helps individuals and organizations achieve better long-term results.
 
His training, consulting and writing is informed by experiences and skills gained during a 32-year career as a civil servant in the Department of the Navy, his work as a trainer and consultant, and ongoing research in the areas of systems thinking, psychology, statistical analysis and improvement methodology.  
 
During his public service career he served as a Program Manager, Division Director, senior management advisor, supervisor, project engineer, trainer and logistics manager. These roles provided valuable insights, experiences and perspectives for leading people and managing processes and programs.

 

Phil has been a leader in several professional associations, serving as president of the Washington, DC and Harrisburg, PA chapters of the Association for Quality & Participation, a director of the Washington Deming Study Group, and executive director of the Keystone Regional Professional Alliance. 

 

His writing has appeared in national publications, the Central Penn Business Journal, and BusinessWoman.
